Pleasent
It was a pleasant experience living in a historic location at the heart of the town, close to all the amenities.
The entrance to the house could have been a bit more clean.

entrada fedida e nojenta, casa pouco limpa, anfitriã rude e pouco solícita. ruim, não voltaria nunca

O principal problema foi a anfitriã, era de difícil comunicação e pouco disponível para ajudar. chegando no imóvel me deparei com uma entrada extremamente suja, tive muitas dificuldades para abrir a porta e ninguém se dispôs a explicar com atenção como abrir, mesmo eu mandando vídeos de como eu estvaa fazendo, acho que ninguém os assistiu. no vídeo explicativo que enviaram quando cheguei (muito antigo, por sinal), mostravam apenas como abrir uma segunda porta, e a primeira, que era muito antiga e funcionava com outra chave, gerou muitas dores de cabeça pois eu não estava conseguindo abrir, tanto que foi necessário chamar outras pessoas por diversas vezes para ajudar, que também experimentavam dificuldades, e ao final descobriu-se que a chave era outra. das primeiras vezes poderiam ter esclarecido isso antes e evitado os inconvenientes posteriores, mas a falta de atenção com o cliente é tamanha que nem se dignaram a dar uma simples explicação. só fui descobrir quando eu mesma pedi que me mostrassem (já era a terceira vez que ficava presa fora de casa) e demonstrei como eu estava fazendo, e vimos que a chave era outra (uma com a qual eu já havia tentado mas sem sucesso pelo fato de a porta ser muito velha e requerer um jeitinho para abrir). enfim uma confusão, um festival de incompetência por parte de todo mundo. eu cheguei a chamar os bombeiros, perdi minha prova pois fiquei trancada do lado de dentro sem saber como abrir, e quase chamei a polícia pois não conseguia entrar e estava escurecendo. se fossem um pouco mais atenciosos e simpáticos, todo esse desgosto poderia ter sido evitado.
Não havia ar condicionado nem ventilador, a geladeira era um frigobar que não fechava propriamente, o wifi n estava funcionando e esperei um dia inteiro por ajuda, chão sujo, e a entrada é a pior parte, pois tem um viveiro de pombo em cima e eles fazer muito coco na entrada, tem um cheiro forte, assim como caem alguns filhotes. ficou um morto por dias na porta.

Schifo totale,casa da vomito
Non mi è piaciuto Niente. Gli host si devono vergognare,non riuscivo ad aprire la porta mi hanno lasciata fuori al freddo per circa due ore di sera chiamandoli di continuo alla ricerca di aiuto finché non mi sono fatta aiutare dai passanti per aprirla. Per non parlare dello sporco, cacca di piccione ovunque sulla porta d’ingresso e le piume che portano malattie. Questa gente è da segnalare assolutamente. Pericoloso per l’igiene sotto tutti i profili. Ho fatto la segnalazione a Booking che però non si è preso carico della struttura.
Questa struttura è da segnalare non sono rimasta nella struttura ma ho abbandonato la casa il giorno dopo. Chiedo infatti all’host il rimborso. Struttura fatiscente e sporca senza sicurezza la porta d’ingresso non si poteva chiudere da dentro rimanendo aperta in una zona al buio e non illuminata. Le scale d’ingresso erano sporchissime e anche l’interno della casa non era pulitissimo. Non c’erano i saponi nel bagno né per doccia né per shampoo e la casa aveva un odore di muffa. Le luci non si accendevano completamente quindi erano fulminate e lampeggiavano creando una atmosfera lugubre. La casa da fuori sembrava abbandonata ed era piena di cacca di piccione. Le piume e la cacca si estendevano sulla porta d’ingresso e sull’ingresso tutto intorno alla casa anche sulla maniglia della casa, quindi era impossibile entrare appoggiando le mani sul pomello. Uno schifo,da vomito.

Semplicemente: non andate
È un bello spazio per un appartamento, ma assolutamente improponibile per qualsiasi affitto

Male malissimo a partire da fuori dalla porta. Vicolo pieno della spazzatura del ristorante vicino tanto che un giorno appena fuori l'ingresso c'era un topo morto. La porta è un Pollock di escrementi di piccione. Ho soggiornato con una collega, in dicembre; una volta entrate l'appartamento era gelido e senza acqua calda: non avevano acceso la caldaia e siamo dovute andare noi parlando col gestore che ci spiegava come fare, in videochiamata da un locale. Per di più una finestra era stata lasciata aperta. Forse la parte più bella della storia è che non ci hanno mai preparato due stanze come avevamo chiesto, ma solo una. Nonostante appena il giorno prima mi avessero chiesto conferma per quanti posti letto preparare. Dopo tre giorni di insistenze ci hanno fatto trovare le lenzuola pulite sullo zerbino davanti all'appartamento, in un sacco nero della monnezza. Ovviamente non sono mai entrati a pulire la stanza da preparare (a cui si accede tramite una scala esterna e dove la luce non funzionava e le ragnatele erano l'ultimo dei problemi igienici). Avanti veloce: i bagni erano sporchi (mensole polverose, piatto doccia horror e peli sulle tende della doccia) e le ventole non funzionano; al piano di sopra a provare ad accenderla ne è uscito un nuvolone di polvere. Una delle docce ha il soffione rotto e se ci si vuole lavare bisogna mettere in conto che il bagno sarà allagato. Il lavandino del bagno giù è intasato, i divani sono macchiatissimi, da non sedersi, non funziona il Wi-Fi, non c'erano cestini e non è stata fornita abbastanza carta igienica per due persone. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un accendino di qualcuno tra le lenzuola del letto, un bel gadget. Tutto questo si può avere tramite infinite e meticolosissime procedure di identificazione.
