Perfect location for the Biennale, midway between Giardini and Arsenale. A very pleasant, quiet, atmospheric neighbourhood with several good restaurants nearby. Close to Via Garibaldi, which has plenty of shops and cafes. 10 minutes straight walk from the Arsenale boat stop, which is on the line from Marco Polo airport. The flat was very comfortable. Useful to have two cloakrooms, one of which also has a great shower. Also handy, the little courtyard space with a washing line. The host was very responsive.

We didn't eat there at all - cafes too convenient - so can't comment on the kitchen facilities.

8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026

The accommodation was comfortable and the facilities worked well for us. The location is slightly far from some of the main attractions, however, this was a good thing since we could go back home after a busy day to a relaxing atmosphere.

We did have to wait a bit for the host to arrive with the keys and the numbering is somewhat confusing so it took a bit of effort to find the right place. None of this was horrible but it could be improved.
