We went to Biennale, so the location is a 10+. Even for exploring all Venice is awesome, because tou are just a bit form the chaos. It is a residential area, with 3 trally really good restaurant, literally 30 seconds from the house.
I am 45 in a really good shape bit I had problems taking my laguage on thr stairs, they are 60%, so they can consideres as ledder. If you are young, no problem, but if you are older and have some knee problem, could be a big problem. For us it was ok, just if you are old it is a dont…
The host was available before the stay, after not so..
We didnt have a hot water for the first night and he didnt reach back… overall it is ok. Will stay again, just those small details…
It was clean and you can experience Venice in a soecial way. The terrace is a good thing, you dont get this around..

Geweldige locatie om de biennale te bezoeken, goede communicatie met de host, schoon en heel praktisch ingericht.

Ma świetny mały balkonik!
Bardzo ciekawa, przyjazna część Wenecji.
Serdecznie polecam
