Very disappointing, no value for money

Location was perfect and the appartement was clean

There are no confortable chairs, only a sleeping couch in the sitting room, which is not adequate to sit and relax The ventilation mechanism is too loud and cannot be put off It is almost impossible to speak to the landlord, communication is only through whatsapp. The procedure to pay the local taxes is unprofessional: the payment through the online check in did not work. As an alternative we could leave cash on the table without being able to close the appartement. Only on my request we got the details for a bank transfer. Contrary to the information on the website, the luggage storage is only before check in, not after check out. Unfortunately the electronic door opening of the building broke down, we discovered this incidentally. It took us a lot of time and energy to get in touch with the landlord. The phonenumber for emergencies was not answered initially. After half hour and serveral trials we could speak with the landlord. He asked the caretaker of the building to provide us with the keys. Unfortunately we got only the key for the fence on the back, but not the one to enter the building. We discovered this when we returned in the evening and were lucky that at the same time, someone else had to go inside.

Beuatiful apartment, excellent central location. highly recommended

The host shared a video via Whatsapp showing how to enter the apartment which was really helpful

Good value for money.

Location is central, we can access train stations within 6 mins of walking. There’s also a few grocery stores nearby, and the back alley comes alive at night with lots of restaurants. We could also cook food and wash clothes in the property.

Mattress was a bit uneven and can be firmer.

That it was large

The light didn’t work properly in the bathroom, it smelt of Damp, you can see that there has been a previous leak, a light was hanging out the roof very dangerous, the owner said there was a steamer to iron clothes which was a lie.
