L'appartement est bien situé dans la ville de Milan, accessible facilement en transports publiques. La rue est avec peu de voiture, il y a commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le parc Sempione est proche, très agréable en tant que famille pour nos enfants. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, moderne, propre et agréable. Nos filles (7 ans et 9 ans) ont apprécié leur chambre avec bureau. Les sanitaires fonctionnent bien et la cuisine est pratique. Tout s'est bien passé pour l'arrivée et le départ pour les clés.
L'isolement phonique n'est pas terrible. La porte d'entrée laisse passer les bruits du couloir la nuit et les fenêtres sur la rue le bruit de la vie de ville.

I thought the property was very nice, cute, with elevator, nice place.
Some serious problems. The coffee machine didn't work, the shower didn't have a door, and when I arrived the glass door was inside the shower, very dangerous. The washing machine didn't work. The towel warmer didn't work. My husband went out to buy coffee and couldn't get in and neither did I open the door from the inside, I realised that there was an opening in the door machine and I put a bottle opener to open it. It took me a while but I did it. The original refrigerator doesn't work and there's another one near the dining table. The lamps in the smaller room, the dining table, the kitchen, the side of the bed didn't work. I reported this and no one came to fix it. And also a very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. One more thing, the shower faucet works contrary to the international convention, hot and cold water are exchanged.

La ubicación está muy bien, es una zona muy agradable, con ambiente pero sin agobios.
El apartamento es cómodo, tiene un buen tamaño, las camas son confortables, no se escuchan ruidos y tiene una gran capacidad de almacenaje.
Para llegar al apartamento hay que atravesar 4 puertas, al principio es un poco complicado, y no poder contactar con nadie en persona, hace más difícil poder resolver contratiempos.
Cuando llegamos, eran las 2 de la mañana, y el apartamento estaba sin limpiar, con los restos de los huéspedes anteriores. Tuvimos que dormir en las camas con las sábanas usadas, y la cocina sin recoger. Nos dijeron que nos descontarían el servicio de limpieza, pero no lo hicieron, y nos cobraron 44€ más, algo que aún sigue sin resolver. Al día siguiente vinieron a limpiar, la limpieza es bastante limitada y superficial. No volvieron a limpiar en toda la semana. No hay productos para que puedas hacerlo tú misma, ni siquiera jabón para los platos, que yo misma compré, y allí quedó. Los desagües del bañó están atascados, pero tampoco vinieron a solucionarlo. No había ni un sacacorchos para el vino, el último día a las 10 de la noche vinieron a traerlo, el menaje de la cocina es un poco justo, y no hay ni una gota de aceite para cocinar lo justo. Se supone que tenemos que comprar un litro de aceite para un estancia de unos días? Ni un poco de jabón para la lavadora? Tampoco hay microondas, y también dejé de regalo las cápsulas de café. En fin, el apartamento y la zona están muy bien, pero la gestión y el mantenimiento es muy pobre, y empobrece la experiencia. Con un poco de atención y cariño podrían mejorar la atención al cliente. Sin duda, sin mejorar esos aspectos, no lo recomiendo.
