Location was excellent. Easy to get to. Very good train/tram/ taxis access to wider Nice and Monaco.
For breakfast Hobos was excellent choice, located exactly opposite the Flat
For evening meals and lunches there are many moderately priced venues with wide choices
THe flat is located in old Nice. It is two floors above the street level. It's is very clean tidy, well appointed and very comfortable for 4 adults. The slight downside is that access to the bathroom is via the main bedroom. It is why I gave 9/10 for facilities and not 10/10. I would certainly use the flat again.

Great location, clean, wonderful for a short visit.
Too small for us as a family of 4 who does not pack light. Would have preferred less furniture and decor so there was more space for our stuff.
