Nice, recently designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site as the "ville de la villégiature
d'hiver de Riviera" for its architectural, landscape, and urban heritage, is truly a unique city

We’re offering the following for up to 6 people:
A spacious 84 m² apartment with high ceilings and beautiful, light-filled rooms.
It’s ideally located: In the heart of the old town, "where all the action happens!"
- 150 m from "Ponchettes Beach."
- 80 m from Cours Saleya with its market, flower market, Monday flea market, bars, and
restaurants.
On the 2nd floor of a traditional Nice building, no elevator (wide stairwell; the stairs are very easy to climb).
The windows face the Placette de l’Ancien Sénat, offering a nice view while keeping the space quiet.
All windows are insulated; the apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a beautiful, bright living room
with an open, well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals with your family and entertaining friends.
Two large, bright, quiet, and comfortable bedrooms with high-quality bedding (king-size beds), (160x200 and
180x200), each with its own bathroom, toilet, shower, and bathtub.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed is available (140x200).
For your comfort, you’ll find a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, stereo, and Wi-Fi internet access.
A small desk is available for you to use with your computer.
Staying in this comfortable apartment, you can explore Nice at your leisure—on foot, by bike, or venture further af
, thanks to the tram.
Travel times:
- The airport: 45 minutes by tram.
- The SNCF train station: 20 minutes by tram.
- Easily accessible by taxi.

Our group of three found the vacation rental very spacious, charming, and ideally located in Vieux Nice and a short walk to the beach and promenade. One of the best bakeries is around the corner, too. The hosts were helpful and very communicative especially with our questions about traveling in the region. This was a perfect base for our family during our four days in Nice.
