Property and management of it not suitable for listing on this platform !!!

Location

*situated on the high 3rd floor so to carry luggage after long flight was exhausting * access to apartment through not properly working (two different codes finely provided by caretaker 2 hours after checking time, on WhatsApp, after original instruction sent out did not work ) * equipment in the kitchenette minimalistic. Not even a glass to drink water from. No plates. No drying rack nor dishcloth * no blankets on bed (after heatwave few days before maybe they were hidden but could not be found in 1 available cupboard) * no windo curtain in the dining area nor any decor on bare walls * all cupboards without any handles to open them with * broken, loose toilet seat * caretaker could not be contacted on the phone number give on checking in instructions sent to us and only communicated with us on WhatsApp messaging . Took us 2 hours to resolve coding system to get into the apartment ( blame was shifted onto us as the “ incapable “ tourists …!!!!

3 day stay near Centrale

Location, close to Centrale. Quiet.

Coffee was missing, no wine opener, bare minimum of amenities. Internet slow and unstable. Wasn't prepared for 3 people.

Disappointing stay – Lacks professional management and essential comforts

The location is convenient.

I had a frustrating experience during my stay and feel it is important to warn future guests. The apartment is significantly overpriced for the level of service and facilities provided. Access: There is no elevator. You have to climb 3 floors, but the steps are so steep/high that it feels like 6 floors. This should be explicitly stated in the listing. Safety/Design: The main door clearance is dangerously low. I bumped my head every single time I entered, and I am not even a tall person. This needs urgent fixing. Lack of Professionalism: The host seems like an amateur rather than a professional. We arrived with no info on the Wi-Fi, and no welcome amenities (not even a bottle of water or coffee). Supplies: There were towels for only 2 people upon arrival. We eventually found extra towels hidden in a closet, but it was not ready for guests. The kitchenware is extremely basic and insufficient. Furniture: The dining table has only 2 chairs, making it impossible to accommodate 3 people comfortably. Maintenance Issues: * The shower temperature is impossible to regulate; it swings between freezing cold and scalding hot. The air conditioning was leaking water inside the room. We had to figure out ourselves that the drain collector was full and empty it manually to stop the dripping. Privacy: The host messaged us asking to send a technician into the apartment during our stay, which is unacceptable and intrusive. Conclusion: There is a total lack of communication regarding basic house rules and Wi-Fi access. Given the price charged, I expected much better quality, maintenance, and professional hosting. I would not recommend this place.
