Right behind the dune, in the front row facing the kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, stand the stunning thatched-roof “Strandhäuser Lobbe.” With their brick exteriors, these beach houses blend harmoniously into the existing landscape thanks to their color scheme and materials, and their modern, functional design ensures the highest level of living comfort. [nbsp]Enjoy the view of the Greifswalder Oie lighthouse and the vast Lobber Bay!
Our thatched-roof dream home “Ostsee,” with ocean views from every living space and direct beach access, features approximately 240 m² of living space spread across two levels. You’ll find 3 luxurious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious living area with a fireplace. The huge south-facing sun terrace, with panoramic ocean views, its own beach chair, and a cozy seating area, is the perfect place to relax.
The light-filled living and dining area with ocean views is located on the first floor. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and an LED UHD TV. During the cooler seasons, the fireplace built into the living room creates a particularly cozy atmosphere.[nbsp] The large built-in kitchenette, featuring an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and various small kitchen appliances, is sure to delight any home cook. A freestanding kitchen island with seating completes the open-concept kitchen vibe.
On the first floor, you’ll find your own chalet-style sauna area with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A staircase leads you to the exceptionally beautiful upper floor. Here you’ll find three bedrooms—two of which feature a double bed (box-spring beds with full-length toppers) measuring 180x200 cm, as well as their own TV. The two bedrooms with double beds have direct access to their respective bathrooms, each offering a sea view.
One bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a double sink, and a freestanding bathtub—all with a stunning ocean view. The other bathroom features a shower and also has a double sink.
The third bedroom features two single beds (box-spring beds) measuring 90 x 200 cm, as well as its own TV. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The entire house is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring (limed oak), and the bathrooms feature high-quality Villeroy [&] Boch fixtures. Please do not walk barefoot on the wooden floors inside the house or on the terrace.
We ask for your understanding—in the interest of our guests with allergies—that we do not allow pets.

• Two outdoor parking spaces are available free of charge.
• One garage parking space can be booked as an optional extra for a fee.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
• A washer/dryer and ironing supplies are provided.
The stunning “Ostsee” beach house, with a 4,000 m² lot, is completely fenced in and is one of the most beautiful vacation homes on the German Baltic Sea coast. It is ideal for 1–6 guests. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
As a special service in this exceptional vacation home, you will receive a personal welcome and orientation from our housekeeper upon arrival or no later than the following day.

• Due to the thatched roof, barbecuing of any kind is prohibited for fire safety reasons.
• Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited. In case of violation, we must charge a fine of 500 euros.
• Balcony and patio furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
• A robotic lawn mower operates on the property. To prevent injuries, we ask our guests—and especially children—to watch out for it. Parents are responsible for their children.
