"Haus Ruden" offers you and your family a generous 220 m² of living space spread over two levels. Three luxurious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious living area with a fireplace await you.


On the south side of the house is the large sun terrace. You can relax and unwind in the beach chair and on a cozy seating area—complete with a parasol. The outdoor areas are irrigated and, thanks to the loving, professional gardening care, are a visual highlight. Another highlight is the additional terrace on the west side of the house, where you can enjoy the sunset in complete privacy and total relaxation.


On the first floor, you’ll find the light-filled living and dining area. The living room features a cozy sofa arrangement, a flat-screen TV, and a BOSE Wave sound system with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days.


The high-quality kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area, features a refrigerator with a freezer, a high-end induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee makers (filter coffee and freshly ground beans), a kettle, a toaster, and various small kitchen utensils that round out the kitchen amenities.


A private sauna with a walk-in shower and toilet is also located on the first floor.


You can reach the upper floor via a staircase. There you’ll find three bedrooms (two of which feature a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed and direct access to their respective bathrooms; the third bedroom has two single box spring beds measuring 90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms can be darkened, and two have their own TV.


In the bathroom, you can relax in a freestanding bathtub while enjoying the ocean view.


The “Ruden” beach house is ideal for 1–6 guests. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Two parking spaces are available. Of course, the house also has Wi-Fi.


New: The house has two private bicycles that you are welcome to use free of charge—though, for legal reasons, without any guarantee or liability on our part.


As a special service in this exceptional vacation home, you will receive a personal welcome and orientation from our housekeeper upon arrival or, at the latest, the following day.
