Reviews

I had never wrote such a bad review here but it was a very strange experience.

The location is great , the Property looks like on photos, everything clean, comfortable utilities in the Property, the Hosts were responsive in Whats App.

After booking I started to receive a lot of messages in Gmail with some Mandatory Registrations and Security deposits (1500 AED). I was not able to check in and have the Address of the Apartment without providing Passport, Email and Phone number of both visitors in some app. The app was very tricky to do it and constantly something was wrong and I wasn’t able to have a message that I am registered. Then, in order to pay Security Deposit the data of the Banking card was needed as well in some their app and of course transaction fees that I should cover for them. I contacted hosts in Whatsapp , firstly asked to give passport just to the Security when near House (it’s a normal practice in Dubai) they refused. Also they told me to rest assured that it is completely secure to upload the requested data 🥲 Then I asked to not insert my banking card details. Host proposed a cash deposit and kindly waited for our arrival. We agreed. On check out date , the normal check out is at 11 pm. I told that it’s fine for us to check out then , but if there is an option we would prefer at 13.00 , because we had a flight after. The hosts told that they will come 13.00-14.00. We told that it’s not ok for us, because we have a flight and should leave at 13.00 and that they can come at 11.00 it’s better for us to leave earlier but not later. We were packed and waiting starting from approximately 11.00. At 13.20 Hosts still didn’t came with the cash deposit return and told that they were stuck in a traffic. I checked in google maps there was no serious traffic at that time. Not to be late for the flight we left the Apartment. Hosts told us to give Bank Account data for them to send the money. I don’t know for how long I am able to write a review here after stay, thats why I am writing this message now, I still hope that our money 1500AED would be sent by Hosts.
