Very disappointing experience – poor management and lack of guest support
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment itself had potential, but the management was extremely poor, which significantly affected our experience.
On the first day, we faced several issues just trying to check in. We were not provided with any clear check-in instructions. The entrance gate would not open, the parking space number we were given was already occupied, and we were unable to unlock the apartment door. As a result, we had to wait for almost one hour until someone finally arrived to let us in.
After checking in, we realized that basic amenities such as tissues and a dental kit were not provided, so we had to spend additional time shopping for essentials instead of enjoying our vacation. Slippers were also not available, and our feet became dirty from walking barefoot.
On the second day, the air conditioning in the main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) stopped working early in the morning. Despite reporting the issue immediately, no one came to fix it until around 5:00 PM, and no alternative solution was offered. Spending most of the day without air conditioning in Dubai's extreme summer heat was very uncomfortable.
Overall, the biggest issue was the management. We felt that guest comfort and satisfaction were not a priority, communication was poor, and problems were not handled with urgency or professionalism. For these reasons, we cannot recommend this property and believe our low rating accurately reflects our experience.
