great place to get away from things. we will be back but for a longer stay next time

rural farm location, silence and farm emersion atmosphere

9 / 10

A perfect stopover from JHB or Durban, if you hiking in the Berg or exploring that area.

The perfect swing seat in the garden to watch the sunset over the Berg and the sweet animals around the farm with a cup of tea. The freshly baked bread to accompany our supper. The peace and quiet, yet it is very easy to get to from the N3.

Absolute gem to stay at!

Wonderful place to stay - close to the highway. Would have been even better to stay a couple nights :)

Tranquil stop on our road trip

The cottage itself is basic but comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The location is what made this place special. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the farm animals. The host was lovely and we enjoyed her homemade bread and her visit with her dogs and cat. Very tranquil and homely.
