About this bed and breakfast
Escape to your charming forest cabin themed apartment with a private entrance, high vaulted ceilings, and natural light. Unwind with a cozy memory foam mattress and a luxurious soaking tub. Have fun with Apple TV, games, and coloring books, and cook up a storm with a glass cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven. Perfectly situated near local dining and culture, stroll through the beautiful Sunnyside neighborhood to yoga studios, coffee shops, and boutiques. Convenient street parking is available.

The bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, while the living area has a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. Please note that this apartment is located behind our main residence, above the garage. You may hear the occasional sound of the garage door opening and closing, but otherwise, it's a serene and peaceful space in a vibrant neighborhood.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire apartment through a private entrance equipped with a digital lock. We'll provide you with a unique four-digit code for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note:
Please note that our accommodation is not 420-friendly and smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit or on the porch. We have a small kiddo and use a swamp cooler which pulls air in from outside, and smoking is also illegal in public areas. If you're looking for a pot-friendly accommodation, this isn't it. Please don't bring any THC-containing substances into the unit at all.

This was great! Property was as pictured and was convenient and spacious. Everything was very clean. They even included a few snacks and some local brochures and information!

We had a wonderful stay. It was obviously hot out, so the air conditions ran pretty much most of the time they were a little loud when trying to sleep, but other than that, things were great.

Great location and property. Quiet community and close to a lot of great restaurants and highway 70 with easy access to Golden, Morrison and hiking.

This spot in Denver is the absolute perfect spot. It was clean, quiet and close to everything. Gannon was also extremely attentive. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the 4th of July weekend, and it was the perfect space for the two of us. I would recommend this space for anyone taking a trip to Denver. We definitely plan to be back on our next trip to Denver.
