Kasa Union Station Denver

Great place to stay, highly recommend. Check in process a little strange but other than that place is clean, nice, quiet, good value

We stayed at Kasa Union Station for three weeks and overall had a very good experience. Check-in was easy, the property was beautiful, and the location was excellent. The neighborhood felt very safe, there is a beautiful park across the street, and we could walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Maintenance was also very responsive and fixed a clogged drain the same day. We booked a studio and were upgraded to a one-bedroom, which was convenient for a longer stay, although the unit faced an alley and was very dark. The biggest issue was that the apartment was not well stocked for an extended stay. There were no drawers for clothing, only about eight hangers, and very limited kitchen supplies. We had only three forks, three spoons, and three mugs. Several pans were in poor condition, including one with a loose handle and others with the nonstick coating coming off, so I purchased my own frying pan. This was especially frustrating after seeing that a friend’s unit was much better stocked. Garage parking was also very expensive, although there did not seem to be another realistic overnight option. The swipe-access system could be inconvenient, particularly when entering the garage. Communication through the chatbot was sometimes confusing as well. Overall, this was a great stay in an excellent Denver location. It was expensive, but Denver is expensive in general, and I still believe this was one of the better options available for the price.

Clean room. Parking, kitchen, washer were all great for our long stay. Pool was a nice option, very small pool meant just for sitting.

Room was as described. Very nice, clean and lots of space. This would be a great option for extended stays.
