The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and features the following amenities:

• high wooden ceilings painted white
• a spacious living room with a TV and dining area
• (ceramic cooktop, range hood, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker with stainless steel pots, thermoses for tea, and much more)
• a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen
• Oven at a height of 1.20 m, refrigerator with freezer compartment
• a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a wardrobe
• Towels and bed linens included
Vacation Apartment 1 has a large, quiet south-facing balcony (just under 20 square meters)—shady in summer and sunny in winter—with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The house features two beautiful vacation apartments on the first floor, located in the countryside in a quiet setting near the forest in Mistendorf, in the municipality of Strullendorf.
There is free parking in front of the property. The apartments also have Wi-Fi.
Heating and hot water are provided by solar energy and regulated by heat pumps.
