Welcome to our lovingly furnished basement apartment with its own terrace and direct access to the enclosed garden. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, or, upon request, for a small family with a child and a dog.
Dogs are very welcome here. The property is fully fenced and enclosed, so both people and their four-legged friends can relax. A free parking space is located right next to the house.
The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils you need for a pleasant stay. On the terrace, you can sit back, enjoy a meal, and wind down at the end of the day. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available.
The apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower and offers a cozy and homey atmosphere. Thanks to its location in the basement, it stays pleasantly cool even on hot summer days, making it particularly popular during the summer.
Its central location between Bamberg and Forchheim makes this accommodation the ideal starting point for vacationers, business travelers, technicians, cyclists, and dog owners. Both the historic old town of Bamberg and Forchheim are about 12 kilometers away.
Enjoy relaxing days surrounded by nature, a peaceful setting, and the hospitality of a pet-friendly accommodation. We look forward to your visit.
