Welcome to our 3-room apartment, located in the heart of picturesque Old Nice, in a quiet alley a few meters from Place Rossetti. On the 1st floor of a charming building, this completely renovated 40 square meter apartment offers the perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort.

When you walk through the door, you will immediately be seduced by the warm atmosphere and the neat decoration of this space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a high standard, ideal for families, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Here you will find a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. The dining area can accommodate up to 5 people seated.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 160 cm double bed and a dressing wardrobe, providing a peaceful space for two adults. The sofa bed in the living room offers a 140 cm bed for two adults. The second bedroom is equipped with a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed that can accommodate an additional person (child or teenager). The bedding is of premium quality.

The travertine bathroom is functional, with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning so you can enjoy optimal comfort in all seasons. In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi is available, allowing you to stay connected with the world.
