The location is excellent for the harbour,And the old town plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The apartment is in

The location is superb view over the harbour is just as it shows on the photo

The apartment is very basic. Entrance hall and stairs is in very poor condition when you enter the property it was very off putting.

Good location - poor quality apartment

The guy (Damien) was very friendly and the location was good but sadly the apartment was in poor condition

The kitchen was overran with Ants. The shower had cables coming out the walls above the sink The beds were very uncomfortable with old mattresses The lounge (sold as bedroom 3) had no curtains or blinds making it impossible to sleep in The furniture was damaged and at times unusable Half the TV channels were a scrambled mess The main stair was very dark & in very poor condition The bedding felt old and grubby

A good cleaning and upgraded linens would make this place truly special

Location and view were great. The tram at Port Lympia station was nearby, and there was an Italian food shop, a pharmacy, and a bakery just around the corner.

The apartment is in a great location and has real potential to be something special, set against a beautiful rock with a tree growing straight out of it—truly amazing. However, the cleanliness was disappointing: the mattresses, pillows, towels, and linens were old, worn out, and not clean. The towels didn’t dry properly, had an unpleasant smell, and showed bleach stains, which made me question how they had been cleaned. Now i noticed on other photos those ase same towels from 2023. wiFi was low, and cutting out one by one videoprime, netflix we had only youtube at the and.

Suited our purpose very well and impressed with the managers response time when required.

Location fantastic.

A few issues with provision of soaps and towels, thought cleaners hadn't done a very good job.
