We enjoyed our stay overall. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained. There are wildlife running around the resort, including iguanas, flamingos and coatis which was really cool. It was very kid friendly with greatpools and pool and non-pool activities for kids. Some of the food was decent, but the buffets and dinners had some top notch cuisine that my school aged kids also enjoyed. The Family Select areas were very well maintained and my kids really enjoyed the walk-out pool and the candy wall. As family select you have access to all areas of the resort (adults only without kids) and there were golf carts and shuttles that would move you between places.
I will say that the butler service and housekeeping were inconsistent. The staff uses whatsapp, so you had to text them and wait on their response. This became a problem when we needed towels (bc of the walkout pool). Some of the staff can unhelpful at times when you need something specific, but the majority of the staff were kind and welcoming.
Overall we enjoyed Palladium Kanteneh and would recommend it for families looking for an all inclusive experience.
