About this villa rental
The Domenica farmhouse, which has been very recently renovated (the pool was built in 2023), is a stunning property nestled among the olive groves of Castelluzzo, just a few kilometers from San Vito lo Capo, built in authentic Sicilian rustic style. There is a spacious outdoor area for exclusive use, featuring a comfortable pool that is 10 meters long, 5.5 meters wide, and 1.5 meters deep. The interior consists of a spacious living room-kitchen, with a built-in stove featuring Sicilian majolica tiles. There is a bedroom with a private bathroom and a large window opening onto a small outdoor terrace, as well as a guest bathroom accessible from the living room (equipped with a washing machine). The sofa in the living room converts into a two-person sleeper sofa. A wooden staircase leads to the loft, which features a double bed and a single bed. Therefore, the property can accommodate up to 7 people, in addition to any cribs and/or children’s beds (available upon request and subject to availability). Outside, there is a third full bathroom, an outdoor shower serving the pool, a barbecue, parking spaces, and an exclusive sunbathing area. The farmhouse is approximately 2.3 km from Baia Santa Margherita (a 4-minute drive) and 7.5 km from the town center of San Vito lo Capo (an 8-minute drive). For those interested in staying during non-summer months, a wood-burning stove is available (wood not included, but available upon request). An excellent choice for those seeking relaxation away from the noise and bustle of town.
