Très bien, l'appartement était très spacieux même pour 4 personnes.
Très bien accueilli la personne qui c'est occupé ,nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant de récupérer l appartement, toujours présente si besoin et toujours de bon conseil, le plus c'est le parking à l'intérieur de la copropriété. Encore un grand merci c'est sûr nous gardons l adresse.

L’appartamento è molto grande e confortevole nonostante sia al piano seminterrato. Le stanze spaziose, ognuna dotata di armadio. Un bellissimo patio esterno e una parte di giardino con le docce esterne rendono questa casa comodissima, soprattutto per una famiglia. Non è facile trovare spazi così ampi quando si viaggia in 4, di cui due adolescenti!
Forse si potrebbero migliorare ma materassi e, magari, rinnovare un pochino i mobili della cucina.

Gaspare is an amazing host. He made sure to meet us upon arrival to give us a tour of the apartment of the villa which is a short walk (approx 5-8mins) to the Main Street filled with shops, restaurants and 10-15mins walk to the lovely beach of San Vito Lo Capo. The villa is very spacious and equipped with a kitchen, outdoor showers, outdoor bbq area, terraces tucked away from the busy area of this lovely place.
The furniture is a bit old but will suffice for a short holiday. There are only 2 air-conditions, 1 of 12000 Btu's for the sitting/eating area and another 1 of 12000 Btu's in the corridor of the bedrooms which has to feed 3 double bedrooms by keeping all doors open, thus privacy will be non-existent.
Due to the extreme heat during our holiday, we immediately informed the lovely host Gaspare, who bought us 2 stand fans immediately to use in the bedrooms.

A fotók megtévesztőek, tulajdonképpen egy szuterén, ablakok nélkül. A leírásban szereplő 2 db zuhanyzós fürdőszoba helyett 1 zuhanyzós fürdő plusz egy WC. Illetve a kertben van egy zuhanyzó, ami hideg vizes. A teraszként hirdetett tulajdonképp egy garázs, ami nem a kertre néz hanem egy kőfalra. Ráadásként a tengerpart kb. 1 km-re van 😔
