On a complex where sub letting not allowed, balcony not safe for kids, banister in property not safe, very poorly laid out to get extra bedroom.

Don't be fooled by nice pictures

The apartment is spacious and with a large balcony, but unfortunately the owner does not care about the staying experience of the guests. The pool in the complex is heated, which is a plus, if the sea is cold.

The apartment is in desperate need of upgrading, but the owner seems to ignore the feedback from guests. 1. The double bed is squeaking badly when turning in bed. We took the mattress off the bed and put it directly on the floor, this improved the sleeping experience. The owner lied that nobody had complained before (though mentioned in other reviews). 2. Kids complained that mattresses on single beds were very hard, I did not check it myself. 3. The high chair I used in the kitchen was squeaking while sitting. So, if other people are sleeping when you sit there then you constantly fear to wake them up. 4. You cannot move some of the chairs behind the table without massive squeak, as the chairs are made of metal and in contact with the stone floor the sound is very uncomfortable. 5. TV speaker is broken, the sound is terrible. The TV is some 20 years old I guess. I did not check whether there were any TV-channels, as I wanted to watch Netflix from my PC and had HDMI cable along (could be included). But I did not see any other cables going into TV besides power cable. 6. Be careful when showering on lower floor. First, you can only regulate the shower position when the water is flowing. When you close the tap, then the shower falls down from the holder. Happened with me twice, once falling on my head, 2nd time on the floor. 7. The owner left us with just one key set, which is quite uncomfortable, unless you are a couple doing everything together. For 4 of us it required constant coordination, You need a key to enter the complex, the apartment, the pool area and even a 2nd floor balcony of the apartment. So, if one of you wants to go to a shop and others to the pool, then you need to coordinate the times of arrival. 8. Overall tiredness of the apartment. Taking the above into consideration the apartment does not offer the comfort one would expect, especially having paid €400 per night.

This was my second stay here and I’ll probably be planning my third soon. 🤝

The spacious apartment had everything I need! This was the second time I stayed at Spela’s apartment and I was not disappointed. The apartment has a Spa bath and two balconies and the swimming pool is awesome. I expect to come back and would happily stay here again. Thanks for the warm welcome and good luck with all your endeavours.
