Fantastic value, excellent location, cold filtered water fountain available in the apartment.
Rooms are southerly facing so sun shines in window/door from balcony.
Air conditioning and TV in the room was good.
3 shared toilets available for 5 rooms meant no waiting.
Nuki Bluetooth digital key needs to be learnt but easy to use when you understand it.
Noise from outside at nearby socialising continued throughout the night and prevented sleeping. The old style wall/window to the balcony was weak so you could hear every word that people were shouting/singing.
1 of the toilets always had a bad smell in the room.
Construction during midweek days for new lift impacts all 4 levels of the stairs, so only suitable for fully fit adults to use this apartment - acccess too dangerous for young or old people.

Great location.
Entrance via app, and staircase because of the construction work.
