The explanation of where the keys were located was easy to find. Simply put in the code and keys were ready for us to use. But before you even open the door you will be ooohhhing and aaahhhing over this spot.
The view and location were absolutely perfect! The house is fantastic for a group, family or two couples with great privacy, space and amenities. The extra bedroom and bathroom in it's own cottage made it perfect for two couples.
We were extremely fortunate to see penguins waddling their way home into the neighbour's backyard (after we'd spent 2 hours on the beach in the cold waiting for them). LOL we decided to give up and here they were just waddling through our back area.
The fireplace kept us warm and toasty but there is also aircon units if you don't feel like lighting a fire (also plenty of firewood supplied). The full sized kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal at home or just relax on the deck with nibbles and a local beverage.
Walking to everything was a bonus - great coffee and bakery/deli only a couple of minutes walk along with restaurants (walked along the beach to Sealife for lunch), a couple of boutiques/surf shops, scenery and ocean breezes and waves crashing.
We wish we could have stayed longer and understand why this place is heavily booked. We will return!!!

The location was fabulous and the house was just the right combination of character and modern. The wood fire was perfect for July nights.

The location shines. The view, walks and only minutes on foot to shops and cafes.
Wish the hand railing on balcony wasn’t plumbers pipe and decking cheap timber.
A bit more money spent there and on some details would make the place superb.
