About this apartment rental
The building was constructed in the 11th century as a farmstead (farm building) for Babenberg Castle. It was later converted and expanded into a convent for the Order of the Redemptorists. The convent consists of 20 residential units, some with private gardens. In 2022, it was decided to make some of the historically significant rooms accessible to a wider audience and to offer them for short-term rental. As a result, the building now features a mix of existing rental apartments and short-term rental units. A communal garden is available for you to relax in. We hope you feel right at home in this historic setting. Ample free parking available; bicycle parking available; electric vehicle charging station in the immediate vicinity. Apartments include bed linens and towels. The “Kapelle Top T” apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed via the main entrance through the communal garden. The apartment is approximately 148 m², featuring an entryway, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, a small separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet, and a spacious living room with a double bed, several seating areas, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The apartment is ideal as a wedding suite. The kitchen is equipped with the basic amenities needed to prepare simple meals. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. A prepayment equal to the total price must be made at least 2 weeks before arrival. Once payment is received (no later than the day of arrival), you will receive the access code (via WhatsApp, text message, or email) for your booked apartment. The code is valid from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. No pets allowed. A travel crib is available for a fee of EUR 10. Prices include tax. Check-in: Access to your apartment is available starting at 2:00 PM. Departure: Please check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure at the latest. Contactless check-in and check-out via access code. As of 01.01.2026, the overnight tax is 2.60 EUR per person per night.
