The 40–60 m² villas, located directly on the shores of Gartensee, captivate with their maritime influence. The timber-frame structures are eco-friendly and sustainable, creating a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The white wooden rooms, combined with the pastel tones of the interior, are bright and modern. Our villas feature a cozy living area with a 43-inch TV, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a rain shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, a microwave with convection and grill functions, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, high-quality tableware, and wine glasses. Unwind on the terrace with barbecue facilities right by the garden lake and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The private themed garden, designed in English, Asian, or Tuscan style, makes your garden dreams come true. End your day and unwind in your private sauna or in the hot tub under the open sky. A 50% deposit is required. Alternatively, a credit card can be provided as a guarantee. The balance is due upon arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM; check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Children 14 years of age and older are considered adults at this property. Dogs are welcome for 25 euros per day—subject to availability upon request! The local tax is not included and will be charged separately on-site at 2.60 euros per person per night. The tabletop grill will be delivered to the chalet upon request.
