Overall, my entire family agreed that this was, without a doubt, the absolute worst accommodation we have ever stayed at

The only positive thing about this place was having a grocery store right in front of the accommodation. Everything else was a complete disappointment.

First of all, the bottom of the bathroom door was so swollen from water damage that it couldn't close at all. When I mentioned this after checking in, the host had no idea, which clearly shows a total lack of property management. During my stay, they offered to come inspect it if I left the key, but I declined because it felt inconvenient, disruptive to our trip, and unlikely to be fixed quickly anyway. It still makes me furious thinking about it—checking guests into a property with such broken facilities is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, every single door dragged along the floor and was difficult to open and close. Several dining chairs had broken backrests, and they were so filthy that we didn't even want to sit on them. The sofa bed was so confusing and difficult to set up that we had to sleep uncomfortably. The carpets in every room were dirty and covered in stains. To make matters worse, the shower in the bedroom had no door, and it seemed visible through the window blinds, which was a huge privacy concern for us.

Great stay for my first time in Paris

Great location, around lots of shops, restaurants, and metro stations.

My only con is that there’s no lighting at the door at night.

Large apartment that stays cool even during heat wave

Property was even larger than how it appeared in photos, it naturally stays cool (was so important during the France summer heat wave!), great safe neighborhood, close to metro

Nothing, everything was perfect!
