Our stay was pleasant. The facilities were ok.

The property was spacious. The 3 bedrooms were doubles and a good size.

It was very hot in the apartment, although there were fans provided. No air conditioning. Unfortunately, there was no view.

Great stay for 4 adults and 3 kids

The apartment is very close to the subway, so we could explore the city easily. Also on direct line with Orly airport if needed. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very pleasant stay.

The apartment was not magnifique in any way. It was a major disappointment.

Beds were comfortable

No Fob available when we arrived having confirmed arrival time. No response at all from the service number when contacted. As it happened the key was with the cleaner who was still cleaning the apartment on our arrival. We were fortunate that another visitor provided access to the lift and gained entry to the apartment where we found the cleaner. This was totally unsatisfactory as we could have been locked out for a long period, as our calls were not answered, nor was there anyone available to help us. A major fail. The apartment presented in a shabby state, with curtains not attached to the hooks in the living area. The drains in the shower recesses were not draining properly, whereby, in the second shower, water was bubbling up from the drain. In one of the bedrooms, the inside doorhandle could not be operated leaving one person locked inside for quite some time, until one of us returned home. This was subsequently fixed, but it should have been checked when an inspection is conducted between tenants. It could have been a very dangerous situation. No spare rubbish bags were provided, nor was there any information about when or where rubbish could be disposed of. Also, we were disappointed in a total lack of recycling. No instructions were provided on the use of any of the appliances. Fo example in the 2 weeks we were in the apartment, we could not work out how to use the microwave. Having rented several apartments in Paris over recent years, such information was always provided. Given that the apartment was not cleaned in the two weeks we were there, no broom or dustpan were provided. The noise emanating from other apartments was constant and loud. We suggest that the owner invests in better soundproofing. Having three access codes to get into the apartment was ridiculous. No light in the mailbox to access the key safe made it almost impossible to punch in the code accurately. Certainly, a better system could be devised.
