Almost had the place to ourselves and top quality attention from Ismail who was really friendly. Fabulous mountain views from large terrace and pool very nice. Fatima was also very helpful when booking and making arrangements.
Very isolated at top of mountain with road being built (taxi drivers very friendly and helpful though). Staff arranged local donkey trips for other families which was very nice though.

After the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, Dar Arraha was such a tranquil, peaceful retreat. We were a little unnerved by how remote it was at first, but once settled in grew to love the location. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable and the gardens/grounds absolutely beautiful. The staff were humble and kind, always so ready to please (Ismail in particular was very attentive and Fatima organised some brilliant hikes/experiences for us last minute with no fuss at all). The food was fresh and delicious (huge portions!) with a good range of choices each evening. We really enjoyed the bread making class (with a local lady, organised by Fatima) as well as a fascinating hike in the surrounding area with lovely guide Ahmed. Our children learned lots about the local plants/trees/animals and enjoyed seeing the local villages. Kids loved the pool which is not heated but was a lovely, refreshing temperature (in October) - perfect for cooling down after walking. Overall our stay here was one of the highlights of our week in Morocco.

Cela fait des années que je réserve mes hôtels via des plateformes comme Booking et compagnie, et je ne laisse quasiment jamais d'avis. Mais Dar Arraha a totalement capté mon attention... C'est un immense coup de cœur, un vrai effet "WOW" !

La beauté de la nature, le personnel au petit soin et leur réactivité. Smail a été parfait. Je reviendrai c’est sûr
Le lieux, assez difficile d’accès à cause des travaux en cours mais devrait se terminer début 2027
