Beautiful grounds, super luxury bedroom/sitting room, great pool and great food
Great to relax at and while nice walk available on ground, it is very cut-off so nowhere really to go on foot

Beautiful gardens full of roses and olives. Great places to sit and relax , with lovely pools in the gardens . Great staff and delicious food. Elegant rooms with nice decor. Enjoyed the nature walks and views of the high Atlas mountains.

It was an oasis in the middle of a busy trip. The 24 hrs was extremely restful and the staff was extremely attentive

Absolutely gorgeous location with the plants and pools, good beds, and the food was excellent
The value does not justify the high price…. Rooms were outdated (eg bathroom didnt close properly), not super clean (we had cockroaches in the room), and the staff was not at all aiming for high level service. Constantly on their phone, and if we asked for simple things like ice with our wine they really acted like we were asking a lot and look ed very bored. Concrete example is that we arrived hours after checkin time, and the room was not ready. We were pointed towards the bar without so much as a coffee to be offered, and neither did we receive any information on the resort or region. All would have been fine in a 2 or 3 star hotel but when paying more than 250 euro’s a night for a room you expect at least staff that shows a keu priority is to realize a good time
