The warm welcome and the friendly staff. The food was delicious and well presented. Such a pleasure having halal food. The salath mat was a bonus. The room is tastefully decorated and spacious.
The air conditioner needs to be serviced - the lounge area was cool but the actual room was hot- (wondered why the receptionist offered us a fan when there was central air conditioning- I now know why). A careful eye needs to look through the room- there was a crack on the wall in the loo and the hand shower from that gorgeous tub leaked and wet the entire bathroom floor.
