Room was spacious

The staff were all very helpful and friendly at the desk, in the restaurant and bar. Also in navigating my way through the security doors to the rooms. The room was large and comfortable and the air con was efficient. Plenty of toiletries and clean towels.
I particularly liked the open lounge where one could meet friends and colleagues in comfort.
The only real glitch was the parking. I was told I could pre register on the "parking portal" but the link was removed in the message and repeated enquiries resulted with "just ask at reception". So the question is how do I get to reception without parking? The answer was, go into to the underground parking and follow the signs! I parked 3 spaces from the lift to the lobby. Payment is made on check out and communicated directly to the parking barriers. very simple and not sure why that wasn't explained when I asked.
