Amazing location, so central and our first pick whenever we have an event and need to stay in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are all so lovely. Checking in and out is always so quick! We’ll be back.

Excellent location. Very comfy bed and pillows. Friendly staff and service. Cafe downstairs with great food.
My second stay here and look forward to next visit. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great central location and a modern clean room. The staff were friendly and being able to store suitcases was appreciated. Having the cafe Time After Time in the lobby area was great.
Only 2 towels and fridge very small if you wanted to purchase water or milk and keep it cold. Even a couple of small plates or bowls would have been useful so you could buy your own cereal for breakfast.

Good location
Friendly staff
Noisy room over little Collins st. Particularly over the weekend.
Pillows very high & no alternative available.
Lighting in bathroom and over full length mirror terrible. Light is embedded in the mirror so u can’t really see yourself for the light reflection.
