The location was great and the staff provided excellent service. I rang two days prior to my stay to request a car park and a really early check in. The staff went over and above to make the early check in possible. I was advised to park off site due to the small entrance on site which I did but despite having my parking ticket authorised I still had to pay $32 to exit the said car park when parking was included.
The property is quite dated, my room smelt like carpet cleaning solution and I thought it was expensive for what it was.

Being on Flinders lane it is close to train and tram routes , fantastic laneways full of cafes and a wide variety of foods. Also close to art galleries,good shopping etc there is a fully functional kitchen including a stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave etc
One large window blind was non functional (reported to staff on leaving).
The shower in the particular unit we were in was over a bath which is a little daunting for us as we are elderly
