A NIGHTMARE

Thank you for the bottled water.
From the moment we arrived at the apartment, it was a disaster.
A real disappointment compared to the photos and description.
On the evening of our arrival, the air conditioning was on full blast and we were very cold. The unit was stuck and wasn't producing any heat.
During the check-in inspection, we pointed out that the bath towels were dirty and stained with brown marks. We waited two and a half days to receive replacements.
There were hairs on the sheets.
The worst part of the trip was the unbearable noise, both during the day and especially at night. Be aware that the view overlooks a huge construction site, directly opposite and at the foot of the apartment. Workers are on site 24/7, using motorized equipment, hammers, and cranes.
It was a real nightmare not being able to sleep. We reported it as soon as we arrived because, as a family, it was impossible for us to sleep with the intensity of the noise. The owner showed no empathy and simply replied that it was mentioned "in the fine print" of the listing. (But not obvious to guests).
This is a hidden defect.
We have videos, recordings, and photos if needed.
The apartment keys, in the form of a card, were in poor condition. (Photos available if needed).
Furthermore, at the end of our stay, the person who greeted us at the beginning sent us a message asking us to give them 5 stars because it was important to them.
I've never seen anything like it, demanding 5 stars from guests! (Photos available if needed).
We weren't even asked how our stay was, how we felt, or if we needed anything.
A chaotic experience from beginning to end.
The stay was far too expensive for the quality.
