Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing despite the good location of the apartments. When I arrived at the reception, there was no record of my booking. The company had not sent me any official check-in instructions or the access code to my apartment directly. Instead, the information was sent to a third party (an administrator), which caused serious confusion. I had to wait almost an hour to finally check in after a long trip, which was extremely stressful and unacceptable. After entering the apartment, the first thing I checked was the bed — and it was covered with hair and clearly dirty. Cleanliness is a basic standard, and seeing dirty bedding was honestly shocking. I immediately contacted the management company and asked them to resolve the issue, but they only sent someone very late. In the end, I had to buy bedding myself because I simply could not sleep on it. Dirty bed linen is absolutely unacceptable. The location itself is good, however there is construction work right under the windows 24/7. The constant noise seriously affects comfort and rest. I strongly recommend improving communication with guests, check-in organisation, and especially cleaning standards and overall service quality.

Communication, responce from host, cleaningness, additional key (only one was provided for multy keyacces points around the building). Bad smell in the outside corridor. We were left to deal with unfinished water repears. Access to adress only (almost) per Taxi - not mentioned in the description. I was offered late chekout only for an additional cost - However the one hour delay of your agent cost me charges for the ordered taxi and only profunctional appology.

Er waren meerdere mankementen aan het appartement. De airco functioneerde niet goed en de slaapbank was de hele vakantie kapot. Ondanks dat ik dit direct bij aankomst had gemeld, werd de bank pas op de laatste twee dagen van het verblijf gerepareerd. Ik heb gevraagd om een mogelijke compensatie, omdat ik de gang van zaken niet passend vond, maar hier werd helaas niet op ingegaan. Daarnaast zijn we helaas de sleutelpas kwijtgeraakt. Dat is uiteraard vervelend en ik begrijp dat hier kosten aan verbonden zijn. Echter, ik vind het buitensporig dat er voor het verlies van één pas een bedrag van AED 1.000 (ongeveer €240) in rekening is gebracht. Zo'n hoog bedrag voor één pas heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Gezien de gebrekkige service en het uitblijven van enige tegemoetkoming, vind ik het werkelijk onbegrijpelijk dat ik dit volledige bedrag heb moeten betalen.

Lieliska atrašanās vieta un lielisks skats uz Burj Khalifa un centra būvēm. Tāpat viegli un ērti sasniedzamas visas citas Dubaijas nozīmīgās vietas. Arī pats apartaments ir plašs un ērts, lai arī pietrūkst dažu sīkumu pilnai laimei :) Ir viss nepieciešamais atpūtai, pat neizejot no ēkas - labi iekārtota trenažieru zāle, baseins un treniņu vieta netālu no tā, arī galda tenisa galds. Plaša autostāvvieta un izpalīdzīgi dežuranti. Saimnieki bija ļoti atsaucīgi, atbildot uz mūsu jautājumiem un risinot problēmas, kuru nebija daudz. Noteikti iesakām un arī paši labprāt atgrieztos.
