The rooms have super cool views. The rooms are very clean and neat, and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast is expensive but it's worth trying at least once because it's excellent and very filling. The bar on floor 38 is amazing, both the food and the drinks, as well as the bartenders (so friendly). The gym is well equipped and new, so very nice to use :)
It's also great that there is a laundry service in front of the hotel and it's very practical to use.
The faucet in the bathroom is so weird and hard to open and close - some fancy design that no one thought through very well. Same for the shower doors - the water spills over to the floor outside the shower no matter how much you try to prevent it. The beds have super thick blankets that in combination with the low AC temperature, you end up sweating horribly during the night haha. It would be best to have thinner blankets that are more breathable. However, the staff was great and provided different blanket and pillows on demand when we asked :)

Well fitted out property, staff need more training.
Very aesthetic hotel but the service does not align with other high end chains, although they do make an effort to give service to that level.
Most rooms look into the local neighbouring high rises so be careful of “city view” rooms, if you don’t want to look into the kitchen of a local you’ll likely need to book a high floor at an additional charge. Overall the hotel is okay and the location is also okay.
Very hot in the room, breakfast was not very good.
