My staff and I arrived at about 1330, our 2 rooms were not ready then
A nice reception lady gave my staff a nice room with city view, where we could change clothes
That was fine
At about 1800 when I cheked in myself, a receptionist told me that she upgraded my room to "Premium room"
But actually my room was Not Better than my staff's room
No outside view from the window, the only thing I could see was the air-conditioning ductworks on the roof.
I booked a better room for me than my staff
I don't know why this happened
