From the vacation residence, it’s a 3-minute walk to the center of Zingst with its numerous shops and restaurants, a 10-minute walk to the wide, white, pebble-free Baltic Sea beach with its pier and spa house, and a 7-minute walk to the Bodden (inland waterway between the peninsula and the mainland) with its harbor.
Upper floor:
living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen (including ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, pots, pans, ...), bedroom with double bed (box spring beds with high-quality mattresses), shower/toilet, satellite TV, DVD player, large south-facing balcony (loggia) with seating and a lounge chair.
