From the vacation residence, the center of Zingst—with its numerous shops and restaurants—is just 300 meters away; the wide, white, and pebble-free Baltic Sea beach, featuring a pier and the Kurhaus, is 800 meters away; and the Bodden (inland body of water between the peninsula and the mainland) with its harbor.
First floor:
living-dining room, high-quality Nolte kitchen (including dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, pots, pans, ...), 42-inch satellite TV, DVD player, west-facing terrace with seating, lounge chair, and umbrella.
Upper floor:
