This exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and well appointed. Easy to book, staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was great. Despite being on a main road, the room was very quiet and private. With only 3 rooms per floor, you didn't feel like you were in a crowded hotel. We had room to store bags and unpack luggage (not something we found in other Japanese hotels). The room had plenty of space for a family of 4, the washing machine, and basic kitchen made life so much easier.
No English TV station options, or ability to connect mobile phone for streaming.

The staff were really nice and welcoming. The room was large and spacious, especially compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan, and was a great fit for a family of four. Having two separate rooms was also a refreshing change. The kitchen was well equipped, and the large table in the center of the room really made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
We liked the area less. The hotel is located on a main road, with not many restaurants within a 5–7-minute walk, which is important when traveling with children.
