Great location. Good size. WM was good and efficient. Drying clothes using bathroom heating great.
Shabby entry lobby and hallways. Rubbish and used linen stayed in corridor for hours. Noise from apartment above was horrendous with obviously no insulation.

Good location and well equipped and compact.
Only the fact that the carpets and walls were stained and the carpets could do with being replaced. It’s looking a bit shabby.

Right in the center, a few minutes walking from Kiyomizuzaka and Sannenzaka streets. The room was super confortable, with a nice bathroom and kitchen <3

You cannot beat this location in Kyoto.
The rooms are dated. There was a stain on the floor.
