TERRIBLE
NOTHING
We tried contacting the owner numerous times about a clogged drain in the ensuite took him 11 hours to respond to us. We therefore only 1 bathroom between 6 people. He then tried to blame us, Interestingly that ensuite already had a plunger within which would indicate he had plumbing issues in this bathroom before. When the bathroom started overflowing there was an extensive amount of long black hair and grime inside of the drains. This same long black hair was all over every single rug within the apartment. I have photos and video of how filthy the rugs were when we arrived. the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, the benches had not been wiped down the appliances such as the jug was covered in thick layer of grime. The Balcony was absolutely filthy and had clearly not been swept or mopped in a long time, the windows were all filthy with handprints and condensation marks all over them. The towels are disgusting and smelt awful. The bed sheets had stains on them. The owner has avoided addressing the fact that he completely changed our location without notifying us. This is not the original location we booked. We have the initial confirmation email that had a different address, and photos. I also find it interesting that the reviews on this booking have similar feedback (these reviews were not there when we originally booked 7 months ago) This advertisement is misleading and inaccurate, and owner does not follow the correct procedure for deposit bond. Owner is rude.
