About this villa rental
In the prestigious Marina Velca Golf community, just a few kilometers from the town of Tarquinia, nestled within a meticulously maintained park, facing the golf course, with day and night security, stands an imposing and prestigious villa totaling 200 square meters with a private garden. The villa is located in a luxury area, home to the famous golf club of the same name, just about 90 km from the center of Rome. The area is monitored 24 hours a day by a security service that controls entry and exit, a feature that makes it one of the very few examples of a “gated community” in Italy. The complex is characterized by extensive green spaces and its renowned villas. The single-story villa, with a one-of-a-kind view of the 2nd hole, features a double-height living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The villa has a large outdoor veranda and plenty of open-air spaces for relaxing and dining. In fact, there are built-in barbecue pits and garden furniture, including lounge chairs and tables. A sun deck allows you to sunbathe in complete tranquility.
The interior is cozy and cool and consists of a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 5 double bedrooms, and a spacious living room and dining room.
