Very relaxing place, we got the room with the balcony so we had a great evening there. Nice sized clean pool perfect for

Peaceful place, great pool, nice rooms

It could be a nice place

The owners are extremely nice and friendly! So, it's a shame that the place is run down. It looks like it used to be very nice and it has a potential to be nice, but.... Dinner was very good!!

Very basic accommodation and not very clean Pool water was not clear Breakfast was store-bought and the cakes were left in the sun for the entire breakfast duration. The AC made a noise like it was trying hard, but it didn't cool the room (maybe it's a desert cooler and not an AC??_

Quiet 3 star location handy to Rome airport

Location suited us - only an hour from the Rome airport. Quiet location. Generous food servings of basic food.

We’re not expecting our arrival!

Good for the price

Great concept, interesting to learn about the products, overall lots of space and nice enough. Great for the price, especially because breakfast was included, the apple pie was dreamy and the scrambled eggs were very good!

Maybe it's not always like this, but the pool and that area seemed a bit neglected. It feels like with little touches here and there and more care they could ask for more.

Ci siamo trovati bene
