Lovely decor, excellent location a few mins walk to the high street. A smart TV so we didn’t need to connect via HDMI. WiFi was quick. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery, full size fridge freezer and dishwasher, tea & coffee and nespresso pods. Enclosed garden was perfect for our puppy. No noise from neighbours at all, great soundproofing.
Parking and check in was really easy and straightforward forward and hosts were really informative and quick to respond, even letting us know when the room was ready for early check in.
The main issue was the constant extremely high-pitched noise that came from the thermostat. It was unbearable at times and I had to wear ear plugs on an evening to drown it out.
Some other bits were that the walkway to the high street really needs cutting back as it’s completely overgrown and we had to keep bending down to get through. We would’ve liked a bit more control over the heating as 24 degrees is a bit high to have on a booster setting for 2 hours. There could also be some sort of shelving in the shower as there was no where to put our toiletries. The bedside light on the right of the bed was behind the headboard so when sat up in bed we kept turning it off.

Excellent location with great onsite parking.
The house wasn't the quality we expected. As my mother used to say it was all skirt and no knickers.
It looked the part but was extremely noisy especially the upstairs. The flooring was constantly creaking.
Compared to other luxury accommodations we've stayed at in the past, it felt fairly bland and basic for a similar price point.
The private garden wasn't that private. There were constantly people walking up and down the alleyway at the bottom of the garden. This was more of an issue at nighttime where the light in the alleyway constantly illuminated the bedroom even though we had the curtains closed.
