The staff are so friendly & accommodating especially if there are some problems

Building is very nice. Room design and color is cute. Breakfast is also delicious. The staffs are helpful and nice. The gym is generally decent.
I stayed at the 8th floor. Whenever I went out from the room, it smells bad, because the toilet near the gym was opened. The treadmill in the gym was broken. It didn't run smoothly.

Breakfast was good and they organized a taxi from the hotel to the airport for us.
We've been there twice, so that it would be easy for us to leave the luggage there and come back after the Yipeng Festival in Chiang Mai. But both times the room was smelly and not that clean. It was not really cosy or comfy at all. Also - even if we've already been there - the second check-in process took a long time again at 1 am in the night and we just wanted to sleep.
