It is our most regular hotel of choice whenever we visit Bangkok, and have stayed there a few times, at least once a year. Location is great and the room
Is comfortable.
This time round what we like about the hotel lost it all, no personality, no warm, no service, just normal. The standard dropped a lot, and the lack of attention and personalisation is just gone. We will visit Bangkok once or twice a year, and started staying in other higher end hotels, and since this round was a short stay, we decided to stay back here again, but it lack whatever we like about here in our previous visit. Not sure will we be back anymore, this hotel lost its edge with why we chose it.

The hotel is nice and the staff is extremely welcoming which I really appreciated and the room was nice and well equipped.
The location is not top and the hotel should do a serious effort to offer a real gym with much more machines. As well what I disliked in the room is that there is zero organization concerning the lights switches, every time I came back to the room I start to search for switches, nothing is centralized. For the price the hotel is charging, that problem should not exist.
