The property was in a very convenient location for what I needed to do in Thessaloniki. The room was nice, comfortable and everything worked well. Check-in was easy with a code to enter the premises and the key left at the door. I hadn’t realised beforehand that there was no reception, as this wasn’t very clear, but it wasn’t a problem.
I didn’t have breakfast because I had to leave earlier than the breakfast times, so I can’t comment on that. But there is a coffee station which was filled daily.
I especially appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room, as well as a proper, powerful hair dryer rather than the old-style hotel ones.
The only downside was the noise from the plumbing — when someone in the room above was taking a shower, you could clearly hear the water running, which was a little annoying when trying to sleep. Overall, though, I had a good stay.

Looked very nice
It was quite noisy inside the room (fridge, water kept running from toilet, some other intermittent noise, maybe a boiler). If the owner worked in the small details it would be an outstanding place to stay
